SMS Platform for Agencies With Client Sub-Accounts
An agency SMS platform lets one agency run text messaging for many clients from a single login. ColdTexting Scale and Enterprise give each client its own sub-account with a separate 10DLC brand, number pool, consent records, billing tag and reports, so client data never mixes.
Client sub-accounts
One agency login, a separate workspace for every client
Switch between clients in two clicks and never wonder whose list, number or opt-out you are looking at.
A client sub-account is a separate workspace inside your agency login with its own 10DLC brand, sender numbers, contacts, consent records, opt-out list and reports. Your team works across all of them from one seat. The client sees only their own workspace, and only if you invite them.
Agencies often search for a white label SMS platform. What most of them need is that every text carries the client's brand, not the agency's, and that the carrier registration sits in the client's name. That is how sub-accounts work here: each one registers the client as the brand, sends from numbers tied to that brand and signs messages with the client's name. The registration steps are explained in 10DLC registration.
Isolation
One client's mistake never reaches another client
A spike in opt-outs or a rejected campaign for one client stays inside that client's workspace.
| Item | Where it lives | Why it matters |
|---|---|---|
| 10DLC brand and campaign | Each sub-account | A carrier rejection pauses one client only |
| Sender number pool | Each sub-account | Reputation of one client stays with its numbers |
| Contacts and consent records | Each sub-account | Proof of opt-in per client, per contact |
| Opt-out list | Each sub-account | STOP for one brand never blocks another brand |
| Billing tag and usage | Each sub-account | Segment use per client for your invoices |
| Team seats and plan | Agency level | One subscription, one login for your staff |
- Separate registration. Each client is its own brand with carriers, so vetting, throughput and any filtering decision apply to that brand alone.
- Consent you can hand over. Every contact keeps its source, timestamp and form text, and Scale exports a consent proof PDF per contact when a client is asked for one.
- No list sharing by accident. Imports land in the active workspace only, and a contact copied to another client needs its own consent for that brand.
Agencies sending promotions for clients carry real exposure under the TCPA, and TCPA compliance covers what written consent has to include.
Reports and roles
Reports a client can read, access a client cannot misuse
Each sub-account reports delivery, reply rate and opt-out rate per campaign, with a monthly view you can export and send. A rising opt-out rate is flagged in amber, so you see a weak list before the carrier does.
Client users get a role inside their own workspace only. A client admin can work the inbox and campaigns of their own brand, a client viewer sees reports only, and neither can see your other clients. Recurring client programs usually combine broadcasts with SMS sequences for reminders and follow-ups.
